Behind the Story

At the heart of Rainbow’s story is a simple message:

Difference is beautiful.

Rainbow’s story began with a thought that inspired a new fairytale.

Just like the individual pieces of a puzzle, we are all different. Yet when those different pieces come together, they can create one beautiful picture. Our world can be like that too, if we learn to embrace and celebrate the things that make each of us unique.

The magical world of Fairy Vale introduces us to Rainbow, a little fairy learning to understand her own emotions as she discovers what it means to be different.

Rainbow has only one wing, and at times she struggles with the fact that she is not quite like the other fairies. She experiences sadness, uncertainty, fear, frustration, as well as friendship, courage, happiness, love and hope.

But as Rainbow’s adventures unfold, she begins to discover something extraordinary.

The very thing that makes her different is also the source from which her magical powers arise.

What Rainbow once saw as her limitation becomes something that may help not only herself, but the entire world of Fairy Vale.

Through warm and magical adventures, Rainbow will continue to discover her abilities, face new challenges and experience the many emotions that are a natural part of growing and discovering who we are.

And perhaps, along the way, Rainbow can remind us all that we do not have to be the same to belong.
